Welcome to JRC Basketball Academy. By accessing our website and participating in our basketball camp, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

3. Registration and Participation
Participants must register for the camp through our website. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Participants must be aged 7-18 to enroll in our programs.

4. Payment Terms
All fees for the camp must be paid in full at the time of registration. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed during the registration process.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 14 days before the start of the camp for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the camp will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in immediate dismissal from the camp without a refund.

7. Liability Waiver
By participating in our camp, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with sports activities. You agree to release JRC Basketball Academy from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during participation.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JRC Basketball Academy operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
