Founded in 2020, JRC Basketball Academy International is dedicated to developing basketball talent and shaping young athletes worldwide, both on and off the court. Our programs go beyond basketball, focusing on skill development, teamwork, discipline, and personal growth.

The academy is led by President JR Cadot, a former professional basketball player, NCAA Division I standout, NBA pre-draft workout invitee, and member of the Bahamas National Team. JR is also the Director of the Basketball Academy, Head Coach for both the varsity and postgrad teams at Cornerstone Christian Academy, and a NIKE EYBL coach. As an Assistant Coach at Sunrise Christian Academy, he helped athletes earn Division I scholarship offers to schools including Wake Forest, Penn State, Oklahoma State, and Wichita State University.

Since its inception, JRC Basketball Academy has trained and mentored athletes across the globe through basketball camps, clinics, and personalized training programs. Our camps are meticulously structured, organized, and designed to provide the ultimate developmental experience for players of all levels.

At JRC, it’s about more than basketball, we empower athletes to grow as individuals, teaching life skills, leadership, and confidence while helping them achieve their full potential on the court.
